Question Details: Couple of days ago, I've itched slightly on both sides of my vagina(internally) while I was asleep. May be, I've applied my nails, as a result of which, it's hurting like hell....I've seen the place...it has turned reddish...I've washed the place with Savlon water.then applied ice. then Borolin. but still it persisted.
Yesterday Night, I've given one medicine, named Pevisone(Chemical Composition: Econazole Nitrate BP 1% %26amp;
Triamcinolone Acetonide BP 0.1%).
Now, what would you suggest me???
should I continue the medicine( my aunt gave it to me, but she's not a doctor)???
advice me something else???
will ice help???
%26amp; borolin, itself???
plz...It's urgent.
Thank you.Need advice in case of vaginal problem...check it out doctors %26amp; ladies...?
Don't take a medication that a doctor or pharmacist hasnt told you to take.
Take a bath with Epsom Salts and do NOT put anything on the area. Keep it clean by showering and using gentle soap only until you get in to see your doctor (which you need to do).Need advice in case of vaginal problem...check it out doctors %26amp; ladies...?
I have a yeast infection right now too...woohoo. Just go buy some Monistat or the store brand at a drug store or supermarket. If it doesn't come with a separate tube of medicine to take the itch and burn away, just use a little benedryl on the outside of your vagina.
Good luck, hopefully we'll both get over it soon!
u have to see a gynecologist and take some analysis. only a doc can prescribe u the medicine u need
you have a yeast infection and you can buy over the counter cream for it
hi there,
did u notice any injury or only the reddness.if it is only small scratch and otherwise ur healthy, the chance of infection is less. u should keep the area clean and dry.u r using an antifungal agent, so protection against bacteria is doubtful. wash the area thouroughly with water and soap everytime u go to loo. if u are noticing some discharge, smell, and not healing, contact yr gp. if it is hurting u verymuch do not hesistate to contact ur dr for help.
hope that helps
best wishes
You have a yeast infection. It's advisable to never take medication from a third party other than a doctor. Ice does not heal yeast infection. At times infections of the vagina need to be treated from the inside. So my advice is to go to the Doctore immediately before the infections get worse.
go to the doctor fast
best thing to do would be to leave it alone BUT it sounds like that could be a problem... go see ur gyno or if necessary go to the emergency room
Borolin should work. Did you also have sex?. You sould not have sex at this time.
try candid B cream.
