Is there anything I can do or advice to solve this problem?

I ordered some wardrobes and a table and chairs from FRances Hunt a furniture company, they totally messed up the order and 14 weeks after me placing the order I am still waiting for an item of funiture. They delivered my table then forgot to order the chairs which arrived 6 weeks after the table. The wardrobe was meant to be 2 doubles and a single with internal drawers, they delivered a triple and a double and no drawers, but I said I could live with that so long as I had the drawers as i needed the wardrobes urgently and to make life easier for them. 9 weeks after the wardrobes being delivered I still have no draws have recieved a 拢100 refund and keep being told the drawers will arrived when they do. Are there any official bodies I can threaten them with to sort this out???Is there anything I can do or advice to solve this problem?
France Hunt in Fulham? I think you should speak to the manager again, or go to your local citizens advice bureau. Is there anything I can do or advice to solve this problem?
What do you want to do about it?

If you still want to receive the furniture but within so many days.......tell them. in writing and post recorded delivery 1st class and send to their registered office, or, the department manager.......make sure you clearly state that if items havent been received in full within ....5?...7?...days, you want thm to cllect what you have and reimburse you in full

If you no longer wish to have the furniture send a similar letter as above but short and sweet youv had enough and want items collected and full reimbursement within 7 days

You can contact Consumer Direct (number in local directory) or / and CAB for further help eg with the letter or advise
You have two options, the first one is, if you are happy about the rest of the furniture ,wait until the rest of them arrives or the second option is to write and say that you do not want the furniture and ask them to collect it, and refund your money in full, assuming that you had the furniture for not longer than 60days. If they do not agree, go on line and issue the summons in the county court and you will get your money back.
