I have a problem with a fear can someone give me advice?

i have a phobia of needles shots and i have to get two shots in the next two weeks. if someone could help me can you give me advice to overcome my fear. im terrified and it seems like the days are going by way to fast.I have a problem with a fear can someone give me advice?

just dont think about it and dont watch or look at the needle or anything and you will be completely fine.
