Well, first, do you partake in anal sex? That is, are you on the receiving end of anal sex (whether from a man or a woman with a strap-on or vibrator)? If so, then you need to get checked.
Also, you might have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or some other disease related to the bowels.
What about hemorrhoids? Those can be incapacitatingly painful.
Either way though, you should be checked by a doctor.
