Problem Sleeping (Please Give me Advice)?

I am having problems sleeping. I wake up in the middle of the night for no reasons. I go to sleep at 10 and wake up usally around 1-5 am(Random) when i need to wake up at 6:15 am. Please Help (FYI No Drugs)Problem Sleeping (Please Give me Advice)?

This works- Put a generous rounded teaspoon of organic (it must be organic) cinnamon in a cup. Fill the cup with boiling water. Stir. Cover the cup for an hour. Then strain the cinnamon clumps out. Then put in a generous rounded tablespoon of raw honey ( It must be raw) and stir. Drink half of this before bed. Drink the other half the following night. This works good for me. I got it online.

Just about stupid mumbo jumbo. Praying sometimes puts me to sleep lol. Or counting sheep DOES sometimes work. It doesn't hurt to try. Or try and take some tylenol p.m or nyquil. I know that'd bad advice for it could cause dependency. So it's up to you. Or go on youtube and type into the search bar : soothing sounds, soothing music, sleep sounds, sleep music, or anything like that. Some of them are very soothing.


And you could also try reading something REALLY boring too. That helps me.
melatonin is an natural supplement you can take that will help you sleep thru the night.
You need to quiet your mind before sleep. Try 10 minutes of prayer or meditiate or listen to a mood CD of a babbling brook and you'll sleep well
well i have the same problem try going to sleep around 11 or try working out or dancing or talk a long walk be for bed that help get you tired
