AT&T Problem Need Help or Advice.?

Ok I have AT%26amp;T internet. I have had horrible customer service with them. I never received my bill for the first month in the mail No phone call nor email concerning a late payment for the bill either. I called Customer service they give me the run around saying their not authorized to give me my total amount on my bill. They passed me on to billing services same thing not authorized By the end of the phone call I was passed on to 3 more different people in different departments with the answer I'M NOT AUTHORIZED! I called again the next day and was put on hold for 20mins!!





My Problem is should I not pay for the month and half of internet service and just send back the DSL modem they sent me.AT%26amp;T Problem Need Help or Advice.?
you need to use the nagic words ';i need this problem escalated to management';
