do u smoke some budWeird breathing problem, please help and advice....?
It sounds maybe as if you have a mild form of asthma. Your breathing is inhibited as the cold is making your chest tighter, I imagine the stiffness in your back is due to the stress of putting extra effort into your breathing.

Breathing in and out of a paper bag when your having difficulties should loosen up your chest a bit

I hope things make more sense to you
the person before me makes good points, but i think you should have a doctor check it out just in case. difficulty breathing combined with chest pain could mean some sort of cardiac problem. this is worst case scenario but it could be anything to artery blockage to a possible future heart attack. get it checked out to be sure
ARE U A SMOKER, please contact the doctor immediately he will properly sought out the possible reasons
