I got a 2004 suzuki eiger 400, and I have always had this problem with it since the day I bought it. It would run good for about 4 months then to the shop I had to go, to get it fixed. It has always had a vaccum leak near the carb going into the intake. How can I fix this? I have tightened the clamp till it wont go anymore, and it still runs rough and stalls etc. How can I seal the carb and intake from sucking in air the correct way? Please, I know for a fact its only a vaccum leak and nothing else. I just cant figure out how to seal it right?Atv carb problem need some good advice?
here is a easy way use some silicone around the carb use liberally put it together and let it sit over night good to go man
