ive been on a diet for 2 months now, so far i have only lost 6 -7 pounds. i am eating healthy, counting calories, and exercising. im a little disappointed with the progress,even though i no it takes alot of time
**the problem**
ive been so oppssed with counting calories and watching what i eat, im beginning to think eating 1 meal a day is to much,
today i had cereal for breakfast, my dad forced me to eat 1 piece of meatloaf for lunch. and then 2 hours later i had a bowl of cereal. that is for the whole day. and im punishing myself for eating that last bowl of cereal. i no its not alot, but for some reason i am thinking other wise. they only way i am EVER satisfied with myself is when i eat only a bowl of cereal for breakfast, for the whole day. one little bight of something after that, and i am beating myself up over it.
**my stomach is always growling, even though i like it becuase i no i have no food in my body. if i do eat, it is right after i hear my stomach doing that

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables! You didn't eat any taht day. Meatloaf and cereal is not a healthy diet. You could have had what you had there - but build on it. Have cereal and fruit for breakfast. Have a small piece of meatloaf but have a big salad and some steamed vegetabels to go with it. Snack on carrots, apples, grapes, broccoli florets, celery, etc. Fruits and vegetables will keep you full and energized but without packing on the pounds. You are supposed to eat at least 5 servings every single day. Think about all the vitamins you must be missing!Scary dieting problem. please, i need advice!?
go see a doctor and he will help you out with a good diet plan

eat small but always eat when your hungry. if you don't it could mess up your diet and it may be the reason your not seeing good results.

But I will tell you, that you have started walking on a road to hell. Eating disorder hell. That voice that tells you to punish yourself after you eat a little bit? Anorexia. When you feel good on an empty stomach that is your eating disorder telling you youve done a good job today. I have had one since 6th grade and it sucks. It sucks like you would never imagine hun and you don't want to go any further. Go to a dietition who will help you loose weight saftley. Because if your ED progresses to anything like mine is then it will be a living hell. Pick the most annoying person you can think of. it is like living with that person every minute of every day and they wont go away...except that annoying person is you. PLEASE for your sake and the people that love you: stop this now before it goes too far!

The other girl was right...you should be having 3 meals a day. My friend is on the South Beach diet and it is really helping her. Also you can find some sites online that will help you find a diet program or you can go to Mypyramid.com and you can submit what you ate and it will tell you when your going overboard.
Don't beat your self up with that. If you don't eat then you will lose lots of energy and you could get really sick.
please...don't do that to yourself...if u just eat healthy then you will be alright.
