Hair problem??????

ok i was in the pool yesterday and i had clorine in my hair but i washed it out .. and my birthday is on friday.. will my hair fall out if i put a relaxer today

and how much hair is suppose to fall out each day cuz mines been comming off a lot.. like when i wash my hair ..put conditionar and blow dry it and just comb itHair problem ...very easy just need advice?
why take a chance !put off the relaxer until you can be sure your hair and scalp are ready!(maybe using the neutralizing shampoo that you use after straightening will neutralize the chlorine too)the hair loss average is 100 per day! happy b-day 2-u,I'm sure you'll look great even without the relaxer-have a great time!Hair problem ...very easy just need advice?
I dont get relaxers anymore but your hair may or may not fall out. Depending on the condition of your hair..I think you should wait at least 4 days. Your hair may not fall out immediately it may become over processed. Either way.

I also suggest clarifying your hair of the chlorine. One way to do it is use about 1 table spoon of baking soda to 2-3 cups of warm water and wash your hair with it. Then follow up with a deep conditioner. The buildup caused by the chlorine would make the relaxer harder to get to the hair if that makes sense. That way, the relaxer will 'take' better.

You're supposed to shed about 50-100 hairs a day but diet, heat usage, and things like that can have an affect.

Anyway..I hope you check out the link..or even the site. its got a lot of great info for black womens hair..good luck with whatever you decide.
I've obviously never used relaxer...but I do dye my hair and do a lot of other things to it.

I'd be afraid to take the chance of drying it out any more, after the chlorine. Maybe you can wear a cute hat, or do some sort of updo that doesn't pull on your hair too much?

I, personally, love fake hair. My hair's very long, but thin. If you have a cute add-in piece, and you're careful not to put it in where it's going to pull out more hair, that might be the best option.

Happy birthday!
I use it all the time no your hair won't fall out
