Girl problem...need help and advice?

So I recently met up with this girl to go to a friend's birthday party. She is actually one of my elementary school friends back in the day. She lives around my neighborhood so we decided to just go to the party together. So I picked her up from her house and as we were driving we talked about a lot of things. Basically I felt very comfortable with her. Unfortunately she does have a boyfriend but she told me that they are not in good terms (whatever that means). So we get to the party and it completely sucked. So we decided to leave early and we just kept talking and talking. We decided to stop for some coffee and I got to know her a bit better. Basically she is one of those very serious girls that only dates someone if she saw a future with him. And right now with her relationship, she's the one that's deciding whether if she wants to end it and the guy is the one that wants to get back. We told each other that we should hang out more and go for morning jogs in the summer. So after I dropped her home we gave each other a hug and that was that. I realized that I really like this girl but I'm not sure if I should make a move right now. And should I like take initiative to ask her out again or should I just wait it out to see what happens? And I'm not sure if she likes me. Help? ThanksGirl problem...need help and advice?

well i think that my best advice to you is, since you guys have just started back hanging out, just ask her out to get coffee some more or when u are going places invite her.Eventually if u do these things she'll start to notice that your into her and you never know she just might break up with that chump shes with and find her heart coming your way!! hope i helped guud luck!!
